Step 1 — Start in India
(Year 1 at RV University)

Begin your studies at RV University, while enrolling in ASU courses and studying the ASU curriculum from Day 1 under the academic mentorship of RV University.

The first year of the program is delivered at the RV University Bengaluru campus and taught by RV University faculty. Students receive full access to RV University student resources, campus life, and support services while building a strong foundation in subjects such as College Algebra, Calculus for Engineers, Principles of Programming, Computer Applications, and Information Technology through ASU’s ULC at RV University.

After successfully completing Year 1, students progress to ASU from Year 2 onward. This pathway is exclusively for progression to ASU and does not offer an option to transfer into RVU domestic programs.

Students will receive a certificate of completion from RV University, along with additional support services including English language test preparation, immersion opportunities, academic advising, and guidance for the U.S. transfer process — helping students prepare for their move to ASU.

Step 2 — Transfer to the U.S. (Years 2, 3 & 4 at Arizona State University)

Move to Arizona State University, the #1 public university chosen by international students among public universities— Institute of International Education, 2021–25.

Expand your skills in computer science, cloud computing, full-stack development, data structures, and cybersecurity.

Get practical guidance on building your portfolio, preparing for interviews, and applying for internships.

These three years prepare you to graduate with the knowledge, credentials, and network to pursue careers in technology, finance, and consulting; further graduate studies; or entrepreneurship — in the U.S., India, or anywhere in the world.

Step 3 — Graduate With an Internationally Recognised Degree, Ready to Work in India, the U.S. or Anywhere in the World.

Earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, awarded by Arizona State University. This STEM-designated degree makes students eligible to apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT)*.

Qualifying students can gain up to three years of work experience in the U.S. Many graduates build careers with leading employers in technology, finance, and consulting.

You graduate with the skills and credentials to begin your professional career in the United States.

*Subject to eligibility, program completion, and U.S. immigration regulations.
